The Jane Project

The Jane Project takes you inside the home of Coach Ange ( Coon) and Master Coach Charlie Francis working in real time with an athlete.

Over the time frame of more than 20 years,  Francis and Coon trained, advised and moved into their home countless athletes and coaches as a way of passing information onto the next generation of speed passionate individuals. 

The idea was to mimic what a short term training camp might look like.  

Demonstrations of running and pool workouts , massage, preparation of cooking and cooking, foot care and active release are shown for athletes, coaches or fitness enthusiast.
